Dispatch

We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Because we make chocolate in our own studio, the delivery time is 2 working days. This way we know for sure that what you receive is freshly made. Around the holidays, the shipping time can be up to 4 working days.

In general, more than 90% of orders are delivered by DHL on the next business day after dispatch.

Postage costs

The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€4.99 for orders within the Netherlands, free from €55

€9.99 for orders to Belgium

€11.99 for orders to Germany

We currently do not offer shipping to countries other than the countries listed above.

Crowds during holidays
The amount of parcels and letterbox packages that DHL and Coco & Sebas process has increased enormously. As a result, delivery can sometimes take longer than you are used to from us, especially around the holidays. This also applies to international shipments. We ask for your understanding. It helps to order your chocolate well in advance and preferably on weekdays.

Temperature sensitive products
Chocolate is very sensitive to temperature fluctuations. We ship the products with the utmost care, but may postpone shipping at temperatures above 25ºC. Of course, we will inform you in time and you can cancel your order free of charge if desired. After delivery, we advise you to store the chocolate at a temperature between 15º and 20ºC that is as constant as possible.

Delivery via DHL
Delivery is via the DHL parcel delivery service. In general, delivery will take place the next day after dispatch between 9:00 and 18:00. You will receive a message from us including a Track & Trace code when the order has been dispatched by us. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, we also work with DHL and you should take into account one to two days extra delivery time.
