You should receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of placing and paying for an order. If it is not in your mailbox after 15 minutes, check your spam filter first, often you will find the confirmation there.

Will an invoice be included in the package?
No! We send the invoice digitally to the email address of the customer.

Can I exchange a product?
No! Unfortunately, for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on chocolate. If there is something wrong with your product, please contact us. You can read more about returns here

Has my package already been shipped?
We ship orders within 2 business days, during the holidays it can take up to 3-4 business days before we can ship your order. As soon as an order has been shipped to us, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code from DHL. Didn't receive the email? Check your spam filter. Why is the delivery of my package taking longer than usual?
Around holidays, parcel delivery companies are busier and it can sometimes take longer than usual to deliver all parcels on time. Please take into account that DHL may sometimes take 2 to 3 days longer to deliver and deliver.

Gift ribbons and cards
With each product you can buy a personalized ribbon, we will then tie this ribbon around the product. The limit for this ribbon is 30 characters online. Do you want to add a longer message to your order? Then the card is your best choice. Here you have the possibility for a message of up to 125 characters.

How long can I store chocolate and what is the best way to store chocolate?
Because cocoa naturally contains a lot of antioxidants (it is therefore seen as a Superfood), chocolate has a good shelf life. Almost all Coco & Sebas products have a shelf life of at least 9 months. Our Coco's and Bonbons have a shorter shelf life, about 3 months. You can best store the chocolate at a temperature between 12 and 20 degrees Celsius.
