Vacancy Operations Manager

We are looking for someone who is crazy about continuously improving and implementing processes (and chocolate of course). In the role of operations manager at Coco & Sebas you will work on the optimization and development of our logistics and production process.

Coco & Sebas is the fastest growing chocolate retail brand in the Netherlands. At Coco & Sebas you will find the most delicious and beautiful chocolate creations to give as a gift to someone else or to yourself. The collection consists of fixed classics such as bonbons, peanut rocks and hearts supplemented with theme collections. Our pay off Sparkle up your day can be found in how we treat our customers, the taste and shape of our chocolate, how our stores look and certainly also how we treat each other. - Our chocolate is made by pastry chefs in our chocolate studio in Oirschot where the office is also located. Coco & Sebas has 23 brand stores in the Netherlands. The team at the head office consists of 20 people.

This is what you will do:

• Ensuring an effective and efficient logistics and production process;
  
• You are responsible for safety, quality, capacity, employee involvement and costs within the operational process. You get energy from achieving objectives time and again;
  
• In addition to managing the daily operation, you also focus on the longer term. You make risks and opportunities visible and create plans to act on them.
  
• Involving colleagues in their role and responsibility to achieve the common goal;
  
• Using data, you create useful models so that the process from forecast production to sales to the customer runs smoothly.
  
• You take into account the specific requirements of new products and the impact on existing processes and the production environment.
  
• With regard to the logistical flows to our retail locations, you will ensure a smooth connection between all systems from our production location to our brand stores;
  
• Developing new systems that make the pursuit of operational excellence easier and better;

• You have already started in a similar position, but it is time for a second

• You have and maintain an overview of your projects, set clear priorities and communicate proactively and clearly to all parties involved.
  
• You are hands-on

• You can judge people well based on their quality.
  
• Knowledge of AFAS is an advantage.
