Sales Support Intern M/F

Coco & Sebas is looking for an enthusiastic intern for the commercial team. As an intern Sales Support you will be in frequent contact with customers from home and abroad and you will be the linchpin between the internal organization, logistics service providers and the customer. This varied function is the opportunity to further develop yourself in the field of sales and marketing!

INTERN SALES SUPPORT M/F

What will you learn:

Order processing, order planning, order progress monitoring, inventory monitoring and transport planning.
Complaints handling, customer contact and support for webshop activities
Administrative tasks within our CRM system
Maintaining the CRM system (Profit 3 – AFAS)

What are we looking for:

You are following a commercial education at MBO or HBO level
You have good communication skills and are customer-oriented
You are independent and results-oriented
You have an affinity with sales and marketing

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to strengthen our commercial team. You enjoy selling chocolate and telling the story of Coco & Sebas to everyone. You are eager to learn and enthusiastic about our brand, and are willing to help out in other departments if necessary.
