Luxury chocolate delivery
Every day we make the most beautiful and delicious chocolate in our studio in Oirschot. Of course we are happy to deliver that chocolate to your home! We would like to explain to you how we ensure that we deliver this chocolate.
Safely packed
When we ship chocolate, we make sure it is securely packed. If chocolate is loose in a box, it can bounce around and get damaged during transport, which we want to prevent. That is why we pack everything securely with enough air cushions so that everything is really securely in a box. We also put an extra sticker on the box so that DHL can also see that there are fragile items in the box. That way, we can deliver chocolate without any worries.
Below 25 degrees
Heat is the biggest enemy of chocolate and we take that into account. That is why we only deliver chocolate when it is 25 degrees or colder, anything above that is a danger to chocolate. When placing an order you can indicate a desired shipping date, when it is warmer than 25 degrees this date is not available. When we make chocolate we do that in an environment where it is constantly 18 degrees, so we know for sure that our chocolate retains the highest quality. When we ship chocolate we naturally want it to arrive intact and tasty.
