Milk chocolate
The milk chocolate we use has a cocoa percentage of 32% and a relatively low fat content of 34% and a nice round creamy taste with a balance between cocoa, milk and caramel notes.
Our milk chocolate is unique in the Netherlands and not available anywhere else. For example, our cocoa beans come from plantations in Uganda (where a large part of the production is grown organically), Peru and the Dominican Republic. In addition, our milk chocolate is Rainforest Alliance Certified and we contribute to various projects in Uganda, Peru and the Dominican Republic for a better standard of living of cocoa farmers.
In addition, we have milk chocolate without added sugar. The sugar components have been replaced by maltitol, which gives the chocolate a nice sweet taste. This chocolate has 36% cocoa components.
